  • Lose Weight by Eating. You have to eat good healthy food in proportion its not always what you eat its how much you eat.
  • Go to the gym its the best thing you can do for yourself get a few sessions with a trained personal trainer to get you a track and watch the extra pounds melt away.
  • Do cardio and get your heart rate up. Go to the gym and try out some of those cardio machines.
  • Don't do kidding in the gym the harder you try better will be the results.
  • Get informed by getting routine measurements.
  • Go to weight watcher or some other weight loss club they can teach you how to lose weight and stay on track to reach your goal with out having to go to the gym.
  • The most important thing of all is your diet you are what you eat.
  • Get a good night sleep so you will have more energy during the day

  • You need not to buy any special food and you can eat what ever you want as long as it’s in moderation.
  • Cut the amount of food you eat at one time and divide that diet in some more sessions.
  • You must eat because staving your self does not work. By not feeding your self when your hungry you trick your body into thinking there is not enough food and your metabolism will slow down.
  • Start by cutting out the junk food in your diet after a week or so you wouldn't even want it.
  • Eat foods that are low in natural sugars when exercising your body burns off your sugar storage for energy before burning off the fat.
  • Take a good fat loss supplement.
  • Cut back on high fat foods, like Hamburgers and pastries deserts chips fried foods etc.
  • Don’t eat any thing big or high in fat after 6:00pm you become less active in the evenings so you won't be able to burn off what ever you eat so you will just store it as fat.
  • Eat slowly because digestion begins in your mouth when saliva begins to break down the food you've just eaten. Eating standing up can cause indigestion.
  • Drink water five minutes before you eat this will help your digestion as well as making you feel full sooner.
  • Cut back on the cooking oils and you will cut back on the fat.
  • Lose fat not just weight for you’re made up of muscle and water as well as fat.
