Personal Trainer Recognition Levels

There are different personal trainer recognition levels. These levels are described below in detail.

Professional

This certification level proves that trainer is a true professional, not just someone claiming to be a personal trainer. For this level, the requirements are holding a current recognized personal trainer certification/ certificate, a bachelor's, or master's degree in a fitness-related field, or are a certified athletic personal trainer or licensed physical therapist and liability insurance.

Advanced

This level of shows advanced level of trainer expertise. Requirements for this Trainer level are bachelors degree without a personal trainer certification and more than 1-year experience as a personal fitness trainer.

Master

This is the top level as personal trainer, which can be achieved. Requirements for this are like to hold both a bachelor's/ masters degree and a current personal trainer certification/ certificate/ license, he/she must have at least five years experience working as a personal fitness trainer or manager of personal fitness trainers and has performed industry service within the past two years
