Speedy life style especially in developed countries changed our life more than what we can think. That's why most of the people remain in depression or in stress and doctors keep on treating the patients with their medical treatment which doesn't remain good if remain continue for a long time. Most of the peoples after their college don't regularly exercise to keep fit their body and busy business or service life makes them mentally tense.

So we have to achieve best fitness in each and every aspect of our life if want to enjoy this.
